Need help right now?

  • In the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), any time.
  • If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.
  • Outside the US, contact your local crisis service or emergency number.

Wellma is an AI assistant. This check-in is not monitored by anyone and can’t respond to emergencies.

How your words are used.

Conversation: only after you agree, each reply is sent to an AI service (OpenAI, through Replit) to write the next question. Your conversation is not saved unless you choose to save it to a member account when it ends. Until then it lives only in this page’s memory and clears when you start over or leave. Sharing a saved check-in with Wellcome staff is a separate, optional choice.

Reminders (optional, separate): set in your member account. We keep your email or phone number, schedule, and time zone to send reminders. Your contact details are never sent to the AI, and reminders never include anything you wrote.

Your culture shapes your care.

How we rest, connect, and cope is shaped by family, faith, language, and community. There’s no single right way to be well; say it in your own terms.
