Your major isn’t
your whole
story.

The campus you. The group-chat you.
The you figuring it out when nobody’s looking.

There’s room for every version of you here.

MORE THAN YOUR HIGHLIGHT REEL.All of you.
Still Wellcome.
First semester.Fifth change of plans. One big next chapter. You belong in the conversation.

WHAT’S HAPPENING BETWEEN CLASSES?

A lot can fit inside
“School’s good.”

Pick something that feels familiar. You don’t need to call it a problem to make space for it.

THE PART YOU DON’T POST

You can love college.
And need a minute.

Being grateful to be here doesn’t cancel out being homesick. Having friends doesn’t mean you never feel lonely. Doing well doesn’t mean it all feels easy.

You don’t have to pick one version of the story.

“Everyone thinks I’m settled in.”You’re allowed to still be finding your people.
“I don’t want to disappoint them.”Your needs belong in the conversation, too.
“I’m busy. I’ll deal with it later.”You deserve a place on your own calendar.

NO TWO COLLEGE EXPERIENCES ARE THE SAME

Wherever you are.
There’s a you here.

Living on campus, commuting, transferring, studying part-time, or returning to school? Your experience counts.

YOUR CULTURE DOESN’T STAY AT HOME

You shouldn't have to
translate You.

Family expectations. Being the first. Code-switching. Faith. Language. The things people assume about you—and the things they miss.

Wellcome’s approach makes room for your context. When you explore care, look for someone who respects your experience and asks questions instead of making assumptions.

YOUR NEXT STEP CAN BE SMALL

You don’t need a perfect explanation.
Just a place to begin.

01 / FIND YOUR WORDS

“I want to talk about…”

Use a starting sentence from the topics above, or write your own. You can begin with “I’m not sure how to explain this.”

Explore what’s on your mind ↗
02 / LOOK FOR YOUR FIT

Ask what matters to you.

Ask about experience with college transitions, culture, identity, session fees, and licensure where you’ll physically be during sessions.

03 / KNOW YOUR OPTIONS

Support can start nearby.

Your campus counseling center, student health service, or student-support office can explain available services and costs. Wellcome is another care option: you can request an appointment and discuss availability with the team.

Before you start ↗

Appointment requests are not scheduled until availability is confirmed. Topic reflections and your question checklist stay on this page and are not included in an appointment request.

FAIR QUESTIONS

A few things
you might be wondering.

Do I have to be in crisis to explore therapy?

You can explore support for relationships, transitions, identity, family expectations, or everyday feelings. You don’t need to arrive with a diagnosis or the right vocabulary.

Is Wellcome part of my college?

No campus affiliation or school partnership is implied. Wellcome is separate from your school’s counseling services. Check your campus website for resources available to you as a student.

Can I request an appointment? What about student pricing?

You can submit a request so the Wellcome team can follow up about availability; a request does not confirm an appointment. Student pricing and session costs are not listed here. Ask about costs before deciding whether to proceed.

What if I go home or move after graduation?

Tell your therapist where you will physically be for sessions. Ask them to confirm whether they can provide care in that location and how to plan for moves or breaks.

Are my topic selections saved or sent anywhere?

No. This page’s topic choices and question checklist stay in page memory and reset when you reload. They are not submitted to a therapist, your college, or your family. Topic reflections are not included with an appointment request.

Can I use this if I’m under 18?

This student area is intended for adults 18 and older. If you’re under 18, ask a trusted adult or your campus health service about age-appropriate care and consent requirements.

YOUR GRADES. YOUR PLANS. YOUR PEOPLE.

And somewhere in all of that,
you.
